Round 1: Quiz Me Up
A general Business Analytics based quiz round. It will be a 45 mins multiple choice quiz.The candidates will be evaluated and results will be displayed within an hour.The candidates who clear the quiz round move on to the next round.
Round 2: Bits and Pieces
A simple case study round. Candidates will be given the case upon arrival.They will have to solve the case study with in the stipulated time.This will be followed by a 15 min presentation which will include a judges questioning on the methods and merits of the solution.
Round 3: Bid Wars
Bid wars is the flagship event of Bizlytics. This will be mock IPL auction where in you will be again given counterfeit currency to buy players and build a team. At the end of the day who so ever has the best team will win.
Round 1: Shipwreck
Shipwreck is an event where in you will be role playing as a corporate personality requiring funding for your company and you will be pitching your ideas to an investor (the judges).
Round 2: Mock Press
It is a stress interview round.
Round 3: Ingenuity
In this event, contestants are divided into teams wherein they have to construct a logo for some HR concept arranging the stationary items given to them. Later one member from each team should give a justification for their work.
Round 1: Storm of Buzzers
It is a quiz round far from classroom rote, this quiz is all about the world of Finance and Economics.
Round 2: Clash of Kings
The case study round require a group to work as a team and present their analysis and solutions in a compact and effective manner to the judges.
Round 3: Dance with Dollar
This round mimics the stock trading aspects of finance. Here you will be given counterfeit currency which will be used to buy shares at an IPO, now you will have to trade among yourselves, but there will be market fluctuations causing your stock prices to rise or fall.
Round 1: ExQuizit
An elimination quiz round testing your marketing concepts and constructs.
Round 2: Ad Defender
Here you will be role playing as a marketing head who designed an advertisement and now you have to defend it against a jury to keep the ad running in various mediums.
Round 3: Ambush Marketing
Here two teams will be assigned two similar products and you as a manager will have to go against each the other manager in a battle of wits to determine who has the better product and gain a competitive advantage.
